Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item should be unused, in its original condition and, where applicable, returned with its original packaging.

For hygiene, safety or other applicable reasons, some products may not be eligible for return once opened or used.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible and include your order number and, where possible, photos of the issue.
